Candice Rogers is a trained and certified NNA (National Notary Association) Loan Signing Agent, holds $100,000 E&O insurance, and is skilled to handle any notarial and signing needs. Additionally, she has gone through an extensive background check and is LSS (Loan Signing System) trained. Most importantly, her services are aimed to accommodate client’s schedules anytime and anyplace. General Notary and Loan Signing Services are provided both online and mobile. Mobile services include Chester, PA and surrounding areas.

Mobile Notarial Services
Mobile Notary Services make life so much easier and more convenient by coming to you for your notarial needs. We travel to the location of our customer’s request (home, workplace, job site, or any other practical place) to notarize or sign documents and work hard to accommodate our customer’s schedules. Travel fees apply.
Loan Signings
Hibiscus Mobile Notary, LLC. will serve as the notary signing agent for your Title and Closing Company and will travel as your representative to meet with clients to accurately complete your loan signing. We provide all types of loan singing/closing packages. These services can be completed in person and online. Scan back services are also available.
